Just had Dixie out to empty the septic tank on a house my Fiancé and I bought in December. I barely knew where the tank was, but Randall found it, serviced it, and taught me more than a handful of things about owning a house with a septic tank. As a new homeowner, this visit not only gave me peace of mind, but also taught me so many things I never knew.

Randall works hard, and is extremely kind. If you need any work done to a septic system, I would HIGHLY recommend Dixie.

Randy returned my call promptly, arrived at the time he promised. He emptied the septic tank, pointed out some cracks on the block but reassured me repairs were not necessary. He also explained line marks in the tank, what caused them and what to look for to anticipate possible overflow. If you are looking for septic tank service, I cannot recommend Dixie Septic Tank Service enough! They were quick to respond, have EXTREMELY fair pricing and diagnosed/fixed our problem quickly.

We had been struggling for days with a plumbing/septic problem and already had been scammed by some “so called” honest plumbing and septic companies that charged outrageous service call fees, and still did not fix the problem, however they did manage to recommended $40K-$80K major repairs.

A friend’s recommendation led us to Randy (the owner-who is a hoot) at Dixie Septic Tank Service. It was the best decision we ever made. John and Eli were fantastic too and they even reinstalled our sod when they were done! We have found that honesty seems to be a rare trait in this business, so if you need septic service we highly recommend Dixie. YOU AND YOUR WALLET WILL NOT BE SORRY!

Want to give a big shout out to Dixie Septic. Randall came out to our project house to inspect the existing system, perform maintenance and make any necessary repairs. He did an awesome job with great communication. The rain delayed us over the course of several weeks but Randall was out there the minute we caught a break. This is obviously a tough job but somebody has to do it and finding someone who will do an honest job without scaring you into unnecessary 'repairs' is not necessarily easy to find. Dixie Septic came strongly recommended and now I know why. I was concerned our tank was cracked but Randall did a thorough investigation and told me it looked great and had no issues.

You couldn't ask for a more honest and reliable company, Randy and his assistant were professional, kind, and did a great job. They aren't like other companies who tell you one price then come out and raise the price. I would never let anyone service my septic system! Dixie Septic tank services is the only one I trust!!!

Excellent experience. Randy has many years of experience and gave us very good advice. Other large, chain companies are cheaper but so is their quality and service. Dixie relies on word of mouth from satisfied customers. Don't go anywhere else!

My husband was here when Randy came and told me I must write a review! Randy was on time, and from there worked hard to dig for the tank and then drained it. He told us everything looked great and definitely did not try to upsell on anything. Dixie’s number is saved and we would never use anyone else after today’s positve experience. Highly recommend!

This is a great honest company. I had been told by a different larger company that I needed a new septic tank at around five thousand dollars. A friend gave me a number that led me to Dixie and they cleaned the tank and only 395 dollars. Highly recommend this buisness.
